1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tax Tracker Nigeria platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service operates as two distinct modules:
- **Module A (Public Tracker):** Provides aggregated, public information about tax revenue and government projects as published by official sources (MDAs).
- **Module B (Citizen Tax Wallet):** Provides tools for individual users to track, record, and export their personal tax payment evidence.
3. User Responsibilities (Tax Wallet)
- **Data Accuracy:** You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data and documents you upload to your private Tax Wallet.
- **Verifiable Evidence:** Any reports or statements generated by the Service are based on *your* submitted data and are for informational purposes. They do not constitute official Government Tax Clearance Certificates.
- **No Legal Advice:** The Service does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional for all tax compliance matters.
4. Content and Accuracy (Public Tracker)
Tax Tracker Nigeria strives for accuracy, but:
- We are reliant on data published by official Nigerian government sources (MDAs).
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided by these third-party sources.
- Citizens can report discrepancies, but the final determination of project status rests with the implementing government agency.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of Tax Tracker Nigeria. The public data displayed remains the intellectual property of the Nigerian government entities that publish it.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tax Tracker Nigeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
